How do I start a subscription?
- Choose a subscription product (s)
- Select the quantity and schedule that works for you, from two weeks to every two months.
- Select your payment method (stripe or paypal).
- Tick the Enable Automatic Payments checkbox. This is required to pre-approve your future renewal payments for the subscription. The renewal price will automatically be deducted from your card or your paypal account on the next renewal date. If the Enable Automatic Payments checkbox is not ticked on the checkout page, an invoice email with a payment link will be sent to manually pay for future renewals.
- Complete checkout process to create your subscription.
- The subscription will be active once payment has been received.
How do I pause my subscription?
- Log in to your account
- Click on My Subscriptions from the dashboard menu
- Click on View to select the subscription you’d like to modify.
- Click Pause
- Select the date you would like to resume your delivery.
How do I change my Subscription delivery schedule?
- Log in to your account
- Click on My Subscriptions from the dashboard menu.
- Click on View to select the subscription you’d like to modify.
- Click Change Subscription Frequency
- Select a subscription frequency on the product page
- Click sign-up now
- Click proceed to checkout
- Select payment type (Paypal or stripe)
- Select enable automatic payments
- Enter payment details and place order
How do I cancel my Subscription?
- Log in to your account
- Click on My Subscriptions from the dashboard menu.
- Click on View to select the subscription you’d like to modify.
- Click Cancel, then click Confirm cancellation.
- All future renewals will be cancelled immediately.
How do I cancel my Subscription from my Paypal Account?
To change or cancel your paypal pre-approval with Kachisi Ltd, log into your Paypal account, go to your profile and click Payments.Click the view link to Manage your pre-approved payments. Then in the “My pre-approved payments” section, select Kachisi Ltd and update the agreement.There is an option to cancel pre-approved payment or change funding source.
How do I change my Subscription shipping address?
- Log in to your account.
- Click on My Subscriptions from the dashboard menu.
- Click on View to select the subscription you’d like to modify.
- Click Change Shipping Address
- Enter your new delivery address
- Select the Update this Address to all Subscriptions checkbox if you would like to update your address for all subscriptions.
- Click Save Address
How do I switch from automatic to manual payment?
- Log in to your account.
- Click on My Subscriptions from the dashboard menu.
- Click on View to select the subscription you’d like to modify.
- Click Turn Off Automatic
- Click Confirm
- An invoice email will be sent with a link to make a manual payment when your next renewal is due. Once the payment has been received, the subscription will be renewed.
